Yes, group and individual packages will be valid for a maximum period of 45 days after your first class.
No, all packages we sell are personal. If you are unable to complete your schedule for any reason, we cannot transfer the schedule to another student.
Our Rio de Janeiro unit is located at Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana 661, room 207, on the main street of Copacabana, close to the beach (post 4) and Siqueira Campos subway station.
And our São Paulo unit is at Avenida Paulista, 509, Suite 1813.
Our Barra da Tijuca unit (Rio de Janeiro) is at Centro Empresarial Barra Shopping, Avenida das Américas, 4200, room 228a, with easy access to the BRT and Barra Shopping.
And our Florianópolis unit is at Rua Jerônimo Coelho, 293, room 1201, in the city center.
And our São Paulo unit is at Avenida Paulista, 509, Suite 1813.

Yes, with each package you purchase, you are entitled to a book, which we will deliver to you. The teacher may use other materials in class. We will not charge for that.
In each group package, we give the student one chance to reschedule a class, if we are notified at least 24 hours before the class begins. With the individual package, the student can reschedule two classes, also if we are notified at least 24 hours before the class begins.
Yes, you can. There is the option to apply for the visa from another country or from Brazil. Contact us for more information on this process.
