Some of São Paulo's main attractions are located on Avenida Paulista, such as the São Paulo Museum of Art, the Fiesp Cultural Center, Instituto Moreira Salles, among others.

Avenida Paulista is the beating heart of São Paulo. Located in the Bela Vista neighborhood, the 3 km stretch of Paulista Avenue runs from Rua Treze de Maio to Rua da Consolação. The avenue is crossed by other famous streets like Bela Cintra, Haddock Lobo, Rua Augusta, and Frei Caneca, and is close to Avenida Nove de Julho. Paulista is also near great areas to explore, such as the Historic Center, Jardins, and Liberdade.

Our Portuguese Language School in São Paulo: our two-classroom suite is located at number 509 on Avenida Paulista, in the Edifício Patrimônio, directly across from the Brigadeiro metro station. The building's gallery has excellent cafés and a large, beautiful bookstore.

The location is excellent for finding nearby accommodation and for weekend outings. On Sundays, Avenida Paulista is closed to vehicles and reserved exclusively for pedestrians.

São Paulo is Brazil's largest city, with approximately 12 million inhabitants — the great financial center of Latin America, hosting some of the continent's biggest companies. São Paulo is an extremely rich city, not only financially but culturally, full of museums, theaters, and gastronomic centers.
